2.Product Introduction of black silicon carbide
- To get black silicon carbide powder,the mixed powder is made of carbon powder and black silicon powder according to the molar ratio of 1:1.
- The grinding ball and powder are sealed in argon tank at the mass ratio of 40:1, and the mechanical ball milling is carried out on the ball mill.
- After 25 hours, the black silicon carbide powder with an average grain size of about 6nm was obtained.
