1. Black Fused Aluminium

Black fused aluminium is also known as low aluminum corundum.



It is also a new type of product on the based of producing brown fused alumina. And it is a dark gray
crystal body made α- Al2O3 and iron oxide as main ore in the electric arc furnace by smelting the bauxite.



Black fused aluminium is characterized by low Al2O3 and a certain amount of Fe2O3 (10% more or less) content,
so it has characteristics of moderate hardness, high toughness, high temperature resistance, and stable thermal stability.






2.  Black Fused Aluminium Application

Product Characteristics:

It is the best product for grinding and polishing, sandblasting stainless steel products.  

Applications:
^  Mainly for polishing and sandblasting of stainless steel, fabricated metal products, optical glass,

^  Also as new abrasive for manufacturing resin grinding wheels, cut-off wheels and emery cloth.

 

^  Mainly suitable for free grinding, such as coarse grinding before electroplating products.

4.  Production Technical Process

The smelting method of black corundum is basically the same as that of brown corundum.

^  The production method of black corundum is to select high-quality bauxite, iron oxide and other
     raw materials, adding other trace elements, and then carefully smelted by tilting arc furnace. 

^   It ensures that the massive black corundum produced by smelting is premium grade, with few 
     impurities, high grade and stable quality. 

^   It lays the foundation for producing segment sand, particle size sand and micro powder with 
     moderate hardness, good toughness and good performance.



5.  Package & Shippment

^   25kg/bag, 1000kg/JUMPO bag ; Customerization Allowed.

^   After confirmation of cargo in good condition(packing sound), the cargo can be loaded 
     in CONTAINER, then sealing the container and finally starting shipping from loading port.

^   You will be receive the bulk products at your destination port after about 7- 20 days.
